When you visit the website, technical data required to display, secure and operate the service may be processed by the hosting provider and its service providers. This may include your IP address, browser or device information, the date and time of the request, and the pages requested.
The website currently has no user account, contact form, online booking system or online payment functionality.
3. Framer website analytics
The website uses Framer’s built-in analytics to measure website traffic and performance in aggregate form.
According to Framer, its native analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers and do not allow Dry Net to identify individual visitors. Framer states that it hashes the IP address and user agent together with a daily rotating secret in order to calculate daily unique visitors.
4. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact Dry Net by email or telephone, information you voluntarily provide may be processed in order to respond to your enquiry, provide a service, manage the business relationship or comply with applicable legal obligations.
This data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or applicable retention obligations.
5. Hosting and recipients
The website is hosted using Framer B.V., a company established in the Netherlands, acting as a technical service provider. Framer may use sub-processors, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Framer states that its infrastructure is hosted in particular in the United States, with additional infrastructure across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Processing may therefore take place outside Switzerland. Framer states that international transfers are covered by contractual safeguards and other mechanisms recognised under applicable law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
In its current configuration, Dry Net has not added advertising services or third-party tracking tools requiring non-essential cookies. Framer states that its native analytics operate without cookies or persistent identifiers.
No cookie consent banner is therefore currently implemented. If additional services using cookies or similar technologies are added in the future, this notice and, where required, the relevant consent mechanisms will be updated.
7. Links to external services
Some links may redirect you to external services, for example Google Maps. Unless you click those links, these services are not directly embedded into the page by Dry Net. Once you leave this website, processing of your data is governed by the relevant provider’s practices.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable Swiss law, you may in particular request information about personal data relating to you, request correction of inaccurate data or request deletion where the relevant conditions are met.
